Event Space in Longmont

Our 2000 sqft main event space serves as a blank canvas for a variety of events. Rental rate is $100/hour on weekdays, $200/hour on weekends with a 4 hour minimum.

All rentals include use of sound system equipped with mounted speakers, easy connection to any music device, stage lighting, and microphones if needed. We also offer a freestanding projection screen and projector, or large monitor for easy screenings. 

Located on Main Street in Longmont, 2 hour street parking is available directly in front of the building. Additionally we are close to several other parking lots downtown while our usual back parking lot is under construction. We're happy to share a downtown map with you if needed. Parking day passes are available for purchase for $5 per vehicle.

Choose a floor plan to suit the needs of your event. We have a variety of tables and chairs to seat up to 65 people.

The Times Co. now has partnered with Dryland Distillers to create an exceptional trained staff to serve you guests with beer, wine and their perfectly handmade craft cocktails. $40/hour with a 4 hour minimum.

Choose from our list of preferred caterers or bring in your own food. Food trucks can park in front on Main Street to service your event.
